Who We Are
“Veritas et Vita” is a grassroots pro-life Catholic organization in the state of Wisconsin dedicated to promoting the dignity and sanctity of all human life from conception to natural death. Rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church and guided by the Gospel of Life, we strive to build a culture of life through prayer, peaceful public witness, education, and community outreach. We uphold the value of every person as made in the image of God and work to defend the most vulnerable among us—especially the unborn.”

The Gospel of Life
The Catholic Church firmly teaches that every human life is sacred and must be protected from the moment of conception until natural death. Rooted in Scripture and reaffirmed in Church tradition, this belief is powerfully articulated in Evangelium Vitae ("The Gospel of Life"), where Pope St. John Paul II calls the Church to be a "people of life and for life." Human life is not ours to give or take—it is a gift from God, created in His image, and therefore possesses inherent dignity and worth at every stage. Abortion, euthanasia, and other direct attacks on innocent life are grave moral evils, and the Church calls all people to actively defend the vulnerable and promote a culture of life. This mission is not merely political or philosophical—it is spiritual, flowing from the Gospel itself, which proclaims the victory of life over death in Jesus Christ.
